The transmissions are received in the Educational Institutions/Mandal Offices across the state with a low cost receive only terminal known as ROT. The facilities at the studio allow a two way audio interactivity between distant end viewers and the experts in the studio in live transmissions put out on Channel2/Channel-3. Thousands of viewers can watch these channels simultaneously.
