The channel is dedicated for distance mode trainings Rajiv Vidya Mission of Primary School Education dept. Rural Development and Panchayat Raj dept. (MGNREGS), for live interactive teleconference with field functionaries for distance trainings. Social Sector–Self Help Groups/ empowerment of women (SERP), SERP- CMSA (Agriculture based prog), Women Development and Child Welfare, Public Health and Family Welfare, Adult Education, etc.

Live transmission is put out on 1st Tuesday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm by Publich Health and Family Welfare dept., On Wednesday from 2:45pm to 3:45pm by Commissioner of Rural Development, Director, MGNREGS/EGS, Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP-CB) schedule on 1st and 3rd Thursdays & Women Development & Child Welfare Dept. programme is schedule on first Friday of every month from 2:45pm to 4:45pm, SERP-CMSA programmes are schedule in 4th Saturday of every month from 2:45pm to 4:45pm., Rajiv Vidya Mission/Sarva Siksha Abhiyan teleconference programme is scheduled twice in each month from 10:00am to 05:00pm and AP Social Welfare Residnecial Educational Institutions Society programmes are scheduled from 2:45pm to 4:30pm.
