The apex body of SAPNET is its Governing Council under the chairmanship of
Chief Secretary, GoAP. The Governing Council, as a
policy Making body approves the proposals and sets
the vision for future.
SAPNET programmes can be seen on the four MANA TV channels
transmitted on Ku band schools,junior colleges,
degree colleges, polytechnics, engineering colleges,
medical colleges, MPDOs, and police training colleges.
